Polyfrequency Vibration Technologies and Equipment

Separation, dewatering, grinding and beneficiation of mineral raw materials on machines with vibro-impact polyfrequency excitation of vibrations — where conventional vibrating machines fail.

Areas of development

All our machines are built on one principle: vibro-impact polyfrequency excitation of vibrations of the working member. Choose an area to see the technology, trial results and specifications.

Advantages of vibro-impact polyfrequency excitation

Polyfrequency vibrations ranging from a few hertz to kilohertz are generated on the screen deck. This prevents aperture blinding and breaks up agglomerates of stuck-together particles, while the particles move intensively within the bed and pass efficiently through the apertures.

  • The drive adapts to changes in the process load mass: when the load on the working member increases tenfold, its excitation energy increases eightfold.
  • Resonant polyfrequency vibrations of the working members with a continuous spectrum ranging from a few hertz to tens of thousands of hertz improve vibration propagation in the process medium, particle mobility and process throughput.
  • The resonant vibrations of the working member remain fully stable when the process load mass and other system parameters change.
  • The vibration parameters of the working member together with the process medium can be adjusted over an acceleration range from hundreds to thousands of m/s².
  • No dynamic loads are transmitted to the supporting structure, so the vibrating units can be installed on floor slabs.
